WHAT IS THE GUEST FEE*?
Guest fee is $2,250 USD per guest. Limit 1 (non-FI) per earner. Guest must be immediate family only (spouse/partner, child, parent, sibling).
*Guest fee includes the same experiences as FARMASI Influencers and does not include the transportation credit.
WHAT IS THE METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR MY GUEST?
You will purchase using our official event link (swoogo).
WILL FARMASI BOOK MY FLIGHTS?
No, each person is responsible for booking their own flights.
WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TRANSPORTATION CREDIT FOR MY TRIP?
You must register for this event by July 1, 2024. Once you have registered, we will deposit the specified amount to your FARMASI Wallet. Deposits will be made the week of July 1, 2024.
WHAT AMOUNT WILL BE DEPOSITED IN MY FARMASI WALLET TO BE USED AS TRANSPORTATION CREDIT?
Transportation credits are based on your location. They will be deposited as follows:
- United States and Puerto Rico: $1,700 USD
- Canada: $2,000 USD ($2,600 CAD)
- Dominican Republic: $2,250 USD
- United Kingdom: $700 USD
WHEN BOOKING MY FLIGHT, WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AND DEPART?
When booking your flight, please follow the steps below:
Arrival Flight to Istanbul
- Date: August 5, 2024 (You will arrive in Istanbul on August 6, 2024)
- UK: Depart on August 6, 2024
- Please arrive at Istanbul International Airport (IST)
Departure Flight to Origin (Home)
- Date: August 12, 2024
- Depart from airport in Cappadocia, Kayseri Erkilet Airport (ASR)

DO I HAVE MY OWN ROOM?
No, you will be sharing with another FI unless you are accompanied by a guest. Single rooms are not available.
You will be able to choose your own roommate during the registration process.
CAN I SAVE MY TRIP FOR NEXT YEAR?
Yes, for those who qualified from June 2023 to June 2024, you are able to save your trip for next year. Please keep in mind that 2025 will be your last chance to attend.
WHEN IS THE CUT-OFF DATE TO QUALIFY FOR GOLDEN TRIP 2024?
Qualifications end on June 30, 2024.
IF I AM NOT ABLE TO ATTEND THIS TRIP, CAN I TRANSFER TO ANOTHER TRIP?
No, you are not able to transfer to another trip, but you will be able to attend the following year. Once earned, you may attend the year you qualify or the following year. If you do not attend the year you qualify or the following year, you forfeit the trip. For example, if you earn from June 2023 to June 2024, you are able to save your trip for 2025. If you are unable to attend again in 2025, you will lose your trip.
I AM NOT ABLE TO TRAVEL OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, CAN I BE COMPENSATED FOR MY TRIP?
No, if you are unable to attend any international trip, please contact events@farmasius.com or your BDM to explain your situation and request additional information.
WHAT DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED TO TRAVEL TO TURKEY?
A passport is required with validity 6 months beyond date of entry as well as a visa. Visa information will be shared at a later date.
IS A COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIRED AND DO I NEED A NEGATIVE TEST TO ENTER TURKEY OR RETURN TO THE US?
No, as of July 20, 2022, you are not required to be vaccinated and a negative Covid-19 test is NOT required to enter Turkey or return to the US.*

DO I NEED TO TAKE CASH?
Yes, you need to take the amount that you would like to spend. However, all major credit cards are accepted, just make sure that your credit card issuer is notified of your international travel.
CAN WE TAKE KIDS ON THE TRIP?
Yes! Be aware there are some tours that kids are not allowed to participate. Also, you will be visiting Farmacity, there are some areas in the factory that children 12 years old and under are not allowed.
Cost for Children is the same as an adult guest.
Do I need a special electronic adaptor for my trip?
