Q: WHAT HOTEL WILL WE STAY IN FOR SEDONA?
A: We will be staying at Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock.
Q: DO I HAVE TO BOOK MY OWN AIRFARE FOR SEDONA?
A: Yes! You are responsible for booking your own airfare.
Q: WILL I RECEIVE FLIGHT CREDITS?
A: Levels 2-5 will receive flight credits. Credits should appear in your FARMASI wallet within 7- 10 business days AFTER the event. We will apply your flight credit(s) to your Farmasi wallet as follows, $350 for United States and $750 for Canada per BI and qualifying guest.
Q: WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
A: There are 2 airports that you can fly into for Sedona. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) which is about 2 hours away from Sedona or Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) which is 45 minutes away from Sedona.
Q: WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AND DEPART SEDONA TO NOT MISS ANY OF THE ACTIVITIES?
A: We suggest to arrive by 2:00PM on Thursday, December 8 and depart at anytime on Monday, December 12.
Q: IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE AIRPORT & HOTEL?
A: Yes, we will provide ground transportation ONLY from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Various airport shuttles to the resort will be scheduled. Schedule will be announced closer to the event. You are more than welcome to rent a car on your own. Parking at the hotel is complimentary.
Q: WILL I HAVE A ROOMMATE?
A: Levels 1 & 2 provide hotel accommodations with 2 per room and you will have the opportunity to choose your roommate, or one will be assigned for you.
At levels 3, 4, 5 you earn accommodations for 2 which will consist of one private room for you and your guest.
Q: CAN I BRING A GUEST?
A: Currently, guest spots are NOT available. Based on registration, we will determine how many guests spots are available. We will announce in the near future. Guest spots are first come, based on availability and not guaranteed. If approved, you may buy in a non-BI guest. Guest buy-in fees will be announced in the near future as well.
Q: WHAT EXCURSIONS WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE SEDONA TRIP?
A: At FARMASI we love to spoil our BIs. You can expect parties, enrichment and planned activities. Stay tuned for more information on all the fun things we will do together while in Sedona!
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT ABLE TO GO ON THIS TRIP?
A: Farmasi Escape trips are annual events and must be used in the year it is achieved. The trip does not roll over to be used at any other time.
Q: DO I NEED A NEGATIVE COVID TEST OR VACCINATION CARD?
A: As of July 2022, there is no Covid test requirement at the resort or in the state of AZ.
