Important Dates and Deadlines
July 6, 2025
- Last day to register on this link (Swoogo). Need to Register by 11:59PM EST
- Last day to register for past achievers who are Golden and Above who would like to attend Golden Trip 2025 with BUY-IN option.
- We have limited availability for the buy-in option. To secure your spot, buy yours as soon as
possible.
July 13, 2025
- Need to submit proof of your flight to events@farmasius.com or to your BDM. If a flight is not submitted by 11:59PM EST on July 13, 2025, your registration will be cancelled.
- This is the last day to cancel without penalty for everyone that has registered. Cancelation must be submitted by 11:59PM EST
- If no action is taken by July 13th, we will cancel your registration and remove your transportation credit.
The cancellation penalty is $500 USD if not cancelled by July 13, 2025.
