WHAT DOES GOLDEN TRIP INCLUDE?

The Golden Trip includes accommodations in Istanbul, where you will have the opportunity to visit FARMACITY, our global headquarters and manufacturing facility. Enchanting Bosphorus boat tour, a visit to the iconic Grand Bazaar, and a tour of the historic Old City. Additionally, the trip includes a one-way flight from Istanbul to Cappadocia, accommodations in Cappadocia, an unforgettable hot-air balloon experience, a city tour, and much more!
 

CAN I SAVE MY TRIP FOR NEXT YEAR?

Yes, for those who qualified from July 2024 to June 2025, you can save your trip for next year. Please keep in mind that 2026 will be your last chance to attend.
 

IF I EARNED THE GOLDEN TRIP IN THE PAST, CAN I ATTEND?

For those who qualified from June 2023 to June 2024, and did not attend last year, you may attend this August. Please keep in mind that 2025 will be your last chance to attend.
In addition to that, if you are a Past Golden Trip Achiever, you may attend again, at your own expense (please see details below) as long as you are performing at Golden Director or higher.


IF I EARN GOLDEN TRIP AS A FOUNDER, CAN I ATTEND?

No, the Founder Incentive concluded with the Golden Trip 2024. However, you may take advantage of the buy-in option as long as you’re performing at Golden Director or higher.


WHEN IS THE CUT-OFF DATE TO QUALIFY FOR GOLDEN TRIP 2024?

Cut-off dates will be as follows:

  • April 30, 2025: Last month to qualify as Golden Manager, Month 1.
  • June 30, 2025: Last month to qualify as Golden Director (this means that, after promoting to Golden Manager in April, you need to maintain the Golden Manager qualification in May, and then maintain for 3rd consecutive month in June, to promote to Golden Director).
     

WHAT IF I HIT GOLDEN MANAGER IN MAY AND JUNE, CAN I ATTEND?
No. The last chance to achieve Golden Manager title for the first time and qualify for the Golden Trip 2025 is in April. If you qualify as Golden Manager month 1 in May, then month 2 in June, and month 3 in July, you will promote to Golden Director and you will be able to attend for the Golden Trip 2026.


WHAT IS THE GUEST FEE / BUY-IN OPTION?

  • The Guest Fee/Buy-In Option for Golden Trip is $3,000 USD + VAT (in your country’s local currency)..
  • Limit 1 (non-FI) per earner.
  • Guests may be FI’s only if it is immediate family (Spouse/Partner, Child, Parent, Sibling).
    *Guest fee / buy-in option includes the same experiences as FARMASI Influencers and does not include the transportation credit.


CAN WE TAKE OUR CHILDREN ON THE TRIP?

Yes. However, be aware there are some tours where children are not allowed to participate. Also, you will be visiting FARMACITY, where there are some areas in the factory where children under 12 years old are not allowed. Cost for Children is the same as an Adult Guest.


WILL FARMASI BOOK MY FLIGHTS?

No, each person is responsible for booking their own flights. FARMASI will only book a one-way flight from Istanbul to Cappadocia.


WHEN BOOKING MY FLIGHT, WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AND DEPART?

When booking your flight, please follow the steps below:

Arrival Flight to Istanbul

  • United States, Canada, Dominican Republic Departure Date: August 6, 2025 (You will arrive to Istanbul on August 7, 2024).
  • United Kingdom Departure Date: August 7, 2025 (You will arrive to Istanbul on August 7, 2024).

Istanbul to Cappadocia Flight

  • FARMASI will book a one-way fl ight from Istanbul to Cappadocia. Please do not book this flight.

Departure Flight to Origin (flying back home)

  • United States, Canada, Dominican Republic, United Kingdom Departure Date: August 13, 2025

Transportation from Hotels to Airport (Cappadocia):

Transportation from hotels will be only provided to KAYSERI ERKILET AIRPORT (ASR). For those who fly from Nevsehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV) there won’t be any transportation provided. For those who book flights from Nevsehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV), transportation will be at their own expense.


WILL I HAVE MY OWN ROOM?

No, you will be sharing with another FI unless you are accompanied by a guest. Single rooms are not available.

You will be able to choose your own roommate during the registration process.
 

IF I AM NOT ABLE TO ATTEND THIS TRIP, CAN I TRANSFER TO ANOTHER TRIP?

No, you are not able to transfer to another trip, but you will be able to attend the following year. Once earned, you may attend the year you qualify or the following year. If you do not attend the year you qualify nor the following year, you will forfeit the trip. For example, if you earn from July 2024 to June 2025, you are able to save your trip for 2026. If you are unable to attend in 2026, you will lose your trip.


IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?

July 13th is the last day to cancel without a cancellation fee. If an achiever registered for the trip and cancels after July 13th, the achiever will incur in a $500 USD cancelation fee.
 

I AM NOT ABLE TO TRAVEL OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, CAN I BE COMPENSATED FOR MY TRIP?

No. If you are unable to attend any international trip, please contact events@farmasius.com or your BDM to explain your situation.


WHAT DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED TO TRAVEL TO TURKEY?

A passport is required with a validity of at least 6 months beyond the date of entry as well as a visa.
Visa information will be shared at a later date.

IS A COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIRED AND DO I NEED A NEGATIVE TEST TO ENTER TURKEY OR RETURN TO THE US?

No, as of July 20, 2022, you are not required to be vaccinated and, a negative Covid-19 test is NOT required to enter Turkey or return to the US.

DO I NEED TO TAKE CASH?

Yes, you need to take the amount that you would like to spend. However, all major credit cards are
accepted, just make sure that your credit card issuer is notifled of your international travel.
